Morning Routine (AM)

Goal: Protection, balance, and comfortable wear through the day

Step 1 — Cleanse
Use a gentle cleanser to remove sweat and overnight oil buildup.
Skin should feel fresh, not tight.

Step 2 — Treat (Optional)
If using a serum, apply a small amount on slightly damp skin.
Allow it to settle before the next step.

Step 3 — Moisturise
Apply a light, breathable moisturiser to maintain hydration and support barrier comfort.

Step 4 — Sunscreen
Always finish with sunscreen during daytime exposure.
Reapply when outdoors for extended periods.


Night Routine (PM)

Goal: Recovery and gradual correction

Step 1 — Cleanse
Remove sunscreen, pollution, and accumulated residue from the day.

Step 2 — Target Care
Apply your corrective product (serum or treatment).
Do not layer multiple strong actives together.

Step 3 — Seal Comfort
Use a moisturiser to support overnight repair and prevent dehydration.


How to Introduce New Products

When starting a new product:

  1. Add only one new product at a time

  2. Use on alternate days initially

  3. Increase frequency once skin remains comfortable

Skin adjusts through repetition, not intensity.


How Much to Use

Using more product does not improve results.

General guide:

  • Cleanser: coin-sized amount

  • Serum: 2–3 drops

  • Moisturiser: pea to almond sized

  • Sunscreen: two-finger length for face & neck


Signs You Are Overusing Products

Reduce frequency if you notice:

  • persistent warmth

  • unusual tightness

  • sudden breakouts after starting many products

  • skin looking shiny but feeling dry

Improvement should feel calm, not reactive.


Minimal Routine (Recommended Start)

If unsure where to begin:

Morning: Cleanser + Moisturiser + Sunscreen
Night: Cleanser + Moisturiser

Add treatment products only after this feels comfortable.


Common Mistakes to Avoid

  • Starting multiple actives together

  • Frequently changing products

  • Expecting overnight change

  • Skipping moisturiser when treating pigmentation

  • Using stronger products instead of consistent use


When to Pause

Temporarily simplify your routine if skin feels overwhelmed.
Return to cleanser + moisturiser for a few days before restarting treatment.


Consistency improves skin more reliably than intensity.
